Join us for a new term of Yoga, with two evening classes to choose from. Both classes are open to everyone — you’re very welcome to try either (or both!) depending on what you’re looking for each week.
🧘♀️ Tuesday Nights — Mindful Yoga
A gentle, balanced class blending movement and stillness.
This class combines:
• Buddhist mindfulness
• Transverse Abdominis Breathwork focused on core support and healthy pelvic floor function
• Yoga postures (Asana), including elements of Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative yoga
Perfect for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and find space in a busy world. Expect guided meditation, breath awareness, and mindful movement throughout.
🔥 Thursday Nights — Guided Ashtanga (Intermediate)
A more dynamic, physically engaging guided practice.
This class builds on the foundations of Tuesday’s practice and focuses on:
• Breath (Pranayama)
• Drishti (gazing point)
• Bandha (internal neuromuscular locks that help build and maintain stamina and stability)
You’ll be guided through a consistent sequence inspired by the Ashtanga tradition, with clear physical cues throughout. Rather than guided still meditation, there will be more space within the practice — allowing you to focus on your own internal experience of breath and movement, so the Asana itself becomes the meditation.
💡 Expect a stronger pace and more physical intensity than Tuesday’s class.
While this class is open to all, it may feel more challenging at first if you’re new to movement-based practices. Over time, the repetition of the sequence helps the body and mind settle, making the practice feel more familiar and meditative.
🌿 Not sure which to choose?
Tuesday offers a slower, more supported and fully guided experience.
Thursday is more dynamic, with guided movement and space for personal internal focus.

Me and my friend Karen are taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
Please sponsor us if you can afford it and share the link to raise vital funds for this important cause. 🙏🏻
