Kilbarry National School

We were very sad in Kilbarry National School to learn of the passing of our past pupil Ciarán Ó'Lionaird. The Kilbarry NS school community extend our sincere condolences to the Ó'Lionaird family.

We are so proud of our past pupil. Everyone at the school was so excited when Ciarán competed at the Olympic Games. Ciarán visited the school afterwards. He gave a lovely speech to the pupils and presented the school with a framed singlet which is displayed proudly in the school. This was a huge and very special occasion for the school.
