Babywearing in the heat can feel like a bit of a challenge but there are some things you can do to make it more comfortabel:
- wear natural breathable fibres
- use a muslin between you to absorb sweat and change it regularly
- stay in the shade as much as possible
- wear a wide brimmed sun hat so both of you can benefit
- keep slings in a cool place so you're starting off cooler
- stay hydrated and offer regular feeds

Remember parents in very hot countries babywear all of the time so no reason in can't be done as long as you make some provisions.
