Senior Room students have been learning how to play chess for the past few weeks. They are enjoying challenging each other and teaching the younger children on our new outdoor games table.
This table can be used to play chess, draughts and snakes and ladders. It has proven to be a great hit with the children!

Senior Room students have been trying weaving for the past few weeks. We think they have done a great job for their first attempt! 👏

We had a wonderful day with our friends from Monreagh National School at the ATU Sports Day on Tuesday. The children enjoyed games, archery, parachute activities, escape rooms and tug of war! Léargas

Junior and Senior Infants enjoyed their trip to Century Play, in Letterkenny on Tuesday. They had great fun with the Infants from Monreagh N.S.

All of our pupils recently engaged with the P.A.W.S. (Primary Aquatics Water Safety) programme designed by Water Safety Ireland. This programme teaches children vital guidelines to stay safe on or near water at home, on farms, in open water and in pools and boats. Here they are receiving their certificates.

🐝 🦋 🐌 Junior Room pupils were learning all about minibeasts during the month of May. They went on a minibeast hunt and created a beautiful, colourful display in the corridor. 🪰 🐌 🐜
