✅ Correct 12-Lead ECG electrode placement and acquisition
✅ Cardiac anatomy, physiology and electrophysiology
✅ Systematic ECG interpretation (rate, rhythm, axis, intervals and morphology)
✅ Recognition of normal sinus rhythm and physiological variants
✅ Bradyarrhythmias, tachyarrhythmias and heart blocks (1st, 2nd and 3rd degree)
✅ Atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation
✅ Bundle branch blocks and conduction abnormalities
✅ STEMI, NSTEMI, posterior MI and right ventricular infarction
✅ Recognition of myocardial ischaemia, reciprocal changes and hyperacute T-waves
✅ High-risk ECG presentations including Wellens Syndrome, De Winter T-Waves, Brugada Syndrome and WPW
✅ ECG changes associated with electrolyte imbalances and metabolic disturbances
✅ Pacemaker rhythms and common ECG artefacts

HART Group are delivering a Qualsafe Level 4 Award in Mentoring Ambulance and Emergency Services Personnel (RQF) course beginning this May.

This qualification is for people who will be mentoring ambulance or emergency services personnel. It provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills to effectively support, mentor, guide and judge occupational skills, knowledge and professionalism in the mentee's working environment.

The course will be delivered remotely for 4 days over a 3 month period to allow for workbooks, reflective journal and witness testimonies to be completed.
