A big shoutout to our UK team, who yesterday delivered an incredible Charity Bike Build for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales at Whittlebury Park, Milton Keynes! 🚲

Bringing together 170 delegates for an afternoon of teamwork, creativity and giving back, the event saw participants build 21 bicycles and 4 tricycles, which will soon be delivered to five different charities. While the build is complete, the mission continues, with our crew member Nick hitting the road over the next week to ensure every bike reaches its new home. 🙌

A huge thank you to our fantastic UK crew, whose hard work and enthusiasm helped make the day such a success. 🚀

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Rothschild in London, delivering our iBuild experience for 34 participants.

Working in teams of six, participants were challenged to communicate effectively, share information and collaborate to achieve a common goal. As the activity progressed, teams quickly discovered the importance of clear communication, active listening and coordinated teamwork.

While plenty of fun was had along the way, the experience also created valuable conversations around how teams work together, overcome challenges and improve performance.

A fantastic group to work with and great energy throughout the session.

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with the Senior Leadership Team at Mount Wolseley Hotel for a day focused on creativity, collaboration and team performance.

The day began with Connects, helping the team build energy and strengthen relationships before moving into Animate, where teams worked together to generate ideas and create animated videos focused on enhancing the guest experience.

In the afternoon, the team took part in Integrity, a fun and engaging challenge that highlighted the importance of teamwork, trust and doing the right thing under pressure.

Alongside the activities, the day provided valuable opportunities for reflection, discussion and exploring how the lessons learned can be applied back in the workplace.

Thank you to the team at Mount Wolseley for bringing such enthusiasm and engagement throughout the day.

A great Team Development workshop is only the beginning.

The real impact comes when teams take what they've learned and apply it in their day-to-day work.

We recently delivered our iBuild experience for Winward Management as part of their graduate programme assessment process.

Working in teams, candidates were challenged to plan, build and present their creations while demonstrating communication, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills along the way.

The hands-on challenge created the perfect environment for participants to showcase their strengths, support their teammates and step up when it mattered most.

Teamwork, energy, problem-solving & a lot of laughs 🙌

We had an amazing day in Finn Lough delivering a bespoke GoTeam experience alongside Stride Ireland Management Events for their client.

Set against the outdoors, every activity was designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and stronger team connection. Teams completed challenges like “Tower of Power” alongside bespoke activities including HydroBikes on the lake.

Last week at Druids Glen, the Brennan & Co team took on the Beat the Box challenge 🔐⏱️

Working in teams, participants solved puzzles, cracked codes, and unlocked a series of cases against the clock before revealing the final phrase from the box: “At the Heart of Innovation.”

The challenge brought together communication, collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced and engaging setting, with plenty of competitive spirit throughout the afternoon 👏

What a day with the Matheson team at ALSAA ⚽🎉

From giant volleyball and blindfolded hex challenges to a mix of physical and cerebral team activities, 55 participants came together for an energetic and fun-filled Corporate Sports Day.
