In our Mindfulness class, friends learned about connecting their emotions to the physical feeling in their body. We talked about 'butterflies in my tummy' when worried or 'warm, sunny feelings' when happy 😊 We drew an outline of 2 bodies & matched emotions to body parts. Their work is hanging in outdoor area, supporting their learning!
