𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. 🎨✨

The artwork brought colour and creativity to the event, while also reminding everyone of the importance of listening to children's voices and celebrating their unique perspectives.

A huge thank you to all of the children from our Aungier Street, After School service who worked so hard to contribute. Their imagination, effort, and creativity helped make the day even more meaningful.

Well done to all of our young artists – their artwork was admired by everyone who attended! 💛🌟

We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Vasilena as our new 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀!

Vasilena will be leading our childcare teams, supporting them as they continue to create warm, caring, and welcoming environments where children and families feel valued and supported.

Her passion is helping our staff thrive in their roles every day, ensuring that children feel safe, happy, and confident to play, learn, and grow. 🌱📚

After school childcare places are opening in Citywest from September 2026!

These places are available for children attending Gaelscoil Lir and Scoil Aoife, Citywest.

Times: Monday to Friday, from school pick-up to 5.40pm

Our Summer Camps at Parkside and De Verdon Place start on July 6th, and run throughout the school holidays! 🌻

Children will enjoy fun-filled days packed with arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and new friendships — all in a safe and welcoming environment led by experienced staff.

Last week we were so excited to celebrate the official opening of the new YMCA Dublin community hub in Parkside, Belmayne, alongside Minister for Education and Youth, Hildegarde Naughton TD.

For our childcare team, this was such a wonderful milestone as we continue growing a warm, welcoming space for children and families in the community 💛

The new hub will help us expand access to childcare, youth services and community supports for local families, creating even more opportunities for children to learn, play, explore and thrive close to home.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this happen, our wonderful staff, families, partners and local community groups. We are so grateful for all the support and excitement surrounding this next chapter.

We can’t wait to continue making happy memories with all of our amazing children and families here in Parkside ✨🌱
