By planning your snacks ahead of time, you can turn travelling with kids into a much smoother, meltdown-free experience. Here is exactly how I do it: ๐
Prepare ahead of time: Don't wait until you're halfway out the door. Chop your fruits, veg, and bakes the night before.
Use portion pots to stay organised: Our rainbow pots are perfect for keeping crackers crisp, berries fresh, and dips contained so nothing gets squashed in your bag.

When the weather is good, there is nothing better than a weekend family BBQ. But if you have a little one, you might find yourself wondering what on earth you can safely feed them from the BBQ.
The good news is you donโt need to cook a completely separate menu! With just a few simple adaptations, your baby can safely join in on the family meal.
Take Burgers, for example:
Burgers are a brilliant staple because they adapt so easily for little hands. Instead of a massive adult-sized portion, simply shape the meat mixture into smaller mini-patties to serve as the perfect finger food! If your baby is a bit older and managing textures well, you can even offer them a mini bun to go with it.
(โจ Siobhan's Tip: Make sure to keep your baby's portion salt-free before grilling, but don't be afraid to mix in some mild herbs, spices, or even some hidden grated veggies!)

Snack recipe CHICKPEA & BUTTERBEAN PATTIES ๐
These patties can be offered as a snack to your baby or older child. I served them with my yogurt dip here but they also go well with hummus or guacamole. I love that they contain chickpeas and butterbean both high in fibre and a source of protein.
๐ถ 6 month + as main meal or 9m + as a snack
โ๏ธ Freeze at step 3 - after you refrigerate.
