Happy Bloomsday! 🎩📚
Today, Dublin completely transforms to celebrate 16th June 1904. The iconic day immortalised in James Joyce’s legendary novel, Ulysses. Named after the main character, Leopold Bloom, it’s a massive celebration of literature, history, and Irish culture.
If you are out and about in the city, you’ll spot thousands of people dressed in stunning Edwardian fashion, rocking iconic straw boater and bowler hats. With nearly 100 events happening across Dublin, it’s one of the world's most unique cultural festivals!

Thinking about NCI??? Today, we’re hearing from our MSc in AI for Business student, Khin Sandar, about what makes NCI feel like home!
"I chose NCI because of its good reputation, practical curriculum, and central Dublin location. I felt genuinely supported on the very first day. The lecturers and lab assistants are knowledgeable, kind, and always happy to help.
The most important thing I like about NCI is its warm, multicultural society. You never feel alone as an international student, and Dublin life is full of learning, friendly people, and small joys."
Her top advice for future students? "Believe in yourself, stay curious, and enjoy the journey. Participate in as many NCI activities as you can, and don't be shy to make new friends!"
