Meet Damien ๐Ÿ‘Œ 46 super successful business owner and family man.

Been training with the gang for 2 years straight 3 times a week.

Real talk for you heros out there following me ๐Ÿ’›

It's the 27th of January. It's a very dreary Tuesday.

It's also been pi***ng rain for the last 21 days pure sh*te buzz.

If you have been going on for the past 2-3 months about how your 'diet starts in January'

Which is really the WRONG way to be attacking this problen you have been trying to solve for months/years now.

And yet here you are still not started.

Because before you know it you will be a month into 2026 still exhausted.

Still looking over the calender telling yourself when things settke down THEN you will tidy up your eating and maybe start exercising when the rain fecks off.

So lemme put it to you straight up 17 fridays left till the END of May.

Realistically you need 12 weeks to make a pretty impressive body transformation that gives you feb march april

BANG just in time to look and feel confident for the much anticipated summer holiers were all counting down too.

A yearly tradition that only happens with the help of our amazing SMA Fitness members who donate wonderfully to help make the sick kids in hospital happy with smiles on their tiny faces during a super challenging time of the year.

No nerf guns this time but I snuck in plenty of wrestlers superheros and dinos for the boys. My daughters hand picked the girls stuff think they nailed it.

Will drop the presents into Temple Street Xmas Eve always an emotional experience thanks from the bottom of my heart to EVERYBODY who donated.
