SuperHeroTraining (4-8 years) - This fun filled class will teach kids to be healthy and fit by following a SuperHero's regime! SuperHeroTraining combines strength, flexibility, and agility through fun activities that are safe for your child's growing bodies! The class will explore movement through music, stimulate students' imagination and promote creativity! SuperHeroTraining will also give them an understanding of the classroom community, improve social skills and develop fine and grossmotor skills all while having fun! Miss Laurie is dedicated to teaching children the art of dance and fitness in a fun and modern way. Younger children will learn with imagery based and creative movement using props and classical music. Older children will learn contemporary technique using props and popular
music. All classes are designed to grow with the child's ability and agility in a non-competitive environment.
