⚡ Power Safety Awareness Campaign – A Step Towards a Safer Tomorrow ⚡

The Department of Electrical Engineering and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Techno College of Engineering Agartala, successfully organized a Power Safety Awareness Campaign across various schools in Tripura.

This month-long campaign was conducted from 8th April 2026 to 7th May 2026, during which students of both departments actively visited different schools and spread awareness about electrical safety. Through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and discussions, they educated school students on safe electrical practices, including the proper use of electrical appliances, prevention of electrical hazards, handling damaged wires, avoiding contact with water near electrical equipment, and fire safety measures.

The campaign aimed to develop safety consciousness among young learners and promote the responsible use of electricity in everyday life. The enthusiastic participation and dedication of our students and faculty members made this initiative a great success.

Together, we are building a safer and more aware society through education and community engagement.
