Many fathers carry a quiet pressure.
To provide more.
To do more.
To become more.
But years later, children rarely remember the extra meeting, the longer workday, or the bigger purchase.
They remember who listened to their stories.
Who looked up when they said, “Papa, watch this.”
Who made them feel important, even in ordinary moments.
The truth is, children don't keep score of how perfect their parents were.
They remember how they felt around them.
And sometimes, the smallest moments of attention become the biggest memories of childhood.
To all the dads trying their best: your presence matters more than you think. ❤️

The question isn't: "When should my child get social media?"
The real question is: "Will my child know what to do when social media starts shaping how they think about themselves?"
Most experts suggest introducing social media gradually between 13–15 years, with active parental guidance.
Because social media doesn't just influence what children watch.
It influences what they believe, compare, admire, fear, and aspire to become.
Before you hand your child a social media account, make sure you're also giving them the tools to navigate it.
At what age do you think children should start using social media? Let us know in the comments.

My parents are so patient with my child... I wish I got that version of them."
If you've ever had this thought, you're not alone.
But maybe it's not about loving your child more.
Maybe it's about having more time, less pressure, and years of learning.
And perhaps, that's a beautiful gift for the next generation. ❤️

For years, periods have been treated as a “women-only conversation.”
And maybe that’s exactly why the stigma still exists.
Because when men stay silent, women are often left to deal with discomfort, shame, and awkwardness alone.
It’s time to change that.
The more fathers, brothers, friends, and partners become part of the conversation,
the more normal periods become for everyone around us.
Because awareness doesn’t grow in silence.
Conversations create change.
This Menstrual Hygiene Day, let’s start a movement:
Period PowerUp
The 100% Conversation ❤️
A movement to make periods a conversation that includes everyone, not just women.
To break the stigma.
To normalize support.
And to create awareness where it matters the most.
Because periods were never meant to be whispered about.
And it’s time we stop treating them like they are.
