ed training, and development division. With its new wing, the Ayodhya-based company aims to build competence among the industry’s future leaders through specific training programs compassing in-demand industry skills. The skilling programs will be affiliated with front-running institutes and industry bodies such as IMFA, NCVT, IIPM, and the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts, Germany, CPPRI, IPPTA, NSDC, ITE Singapore, IIT Roorkee, IISE. Designed to ensure future readiness among students by enhancing their knowledge base, Pakka Skills will bridge the skill gap at Pakka and across the global compostable regenerative packaging and green technology space. Envisioning a highly capable and skilled talent base in his industry, he aims to train the local youth for world-class excellence through Pakka Skills. Speaking on the initiative in Paper Mart, Ved Krishna, Vice-Chairman, Pakka Ltd., said, “It is an honor to hone the talent that will champion the next phase of growth of our fast-evolving industry. This is why we are very excited to launch Pakka Skills, an innovation hub that will train future leaders, thinkers, and change-makers. We have created courses approved by the most notable industry bodies and institutes, which will be taught by the most promising faculty from across the globe. We are confident that this endeavor will go a long way in skilling professionals and accelerating the growth of Pakka and the industry at large.”
Pakka Skills has conducted a scientific diagnosis to identify skill gaps within the company to design targeted, high-impact courses. The notable courses offered by Pakka Skills are
Aiming to train students between the ages of 18 and 22, Pakka Skills enrolled over 400 students across different courses spanning 2022-2025. The courses are priced between INR 20,000 and INR 40,000. More than 90% of trainees placed with following Pakka Skills placement partners.

Pakka Skills is headed by Mr. Ramesh V Koti, skills operations head under the mentorship Sarita Upadhyay Pakka foundation head and Mr Shankarshan Shukla, Skills excellence Head and will comprise exceptional faculty members from the US, Canada, Germany, and India. Post the training program, most of the students will be absorbed by Pakka in various roles, while others will be granted global placements.

These were just some of the prototypes presented by final-year students at Pakka Tech ’26 - our annual skills showcase!✨️
At the end of their training journey, students built solutions to challenges they’ve observed around them, with creativity and a commitment to sustainability.
We’re grateful to Dr. Vibhore K. Rastogi (Associate Professor, IIT Roorkee), along with Anuja Srivastava (Assistant Director, JBNSS) and leaders from Pakka - Ved Krishna (Group Lead), Mayank Jindal (Business Head & COO), Gautam Ghosh (Executive Director), and Vibha Yadav (People & Culture Head) - for joining us and encouraging the students.
They also recognized the top projects, and spoke with students about new-age skills, project-based learning, and the role of innovation in shaping career journeys.
