I feel the love of the wind, the way it comes, blows gently and touches me with warmth. I feel the love of the trees, the way they care for me with a mother’s tenderness. I feel the sky, the way it makes me feel vast and free. I feel the sun, the way it rises and brightens my soul. It is a marvellous feeling that stays forever.

Mom, I am far away from you. You may think that I do not miss you but I cannot express it. I am deeply grateful to you for the pain you endured to bring me into this world.
Mom, I miss the warmth, I was meant to have. There is an unfulfillment within me a part of my life I have missed so deeply. Still, I remain grateful. What I received was enough, it was what was destined for me.
There is an emptiness in my heart, and I am trying to fill it by giving birth to my daughter.
Mom, I warmly welcome you to my home to see your granddaughter.

I was in a phase where my life followed a repetitive routine, like a cookie-cutter mold. It didn’t feel fulfilling. My mind was filled with many thoughts and I began judging myself, questioning the value of what I was doing. One evening, while walking after dinner, a powerful question suddenly arose within me: what am I doing right now and am I doing justice to myself. As we ask, answers appear. That moment changed everything. The answer transformed me and helped me see my purpose clearly. Today, I live a purpose-driven life, I feel free like a bird in flight and I feel abundant.

You are allowed to feel it all.

Joy and sorrow.
Hope and fear.
Peace and uncertainty.

Your emotions are not a weakness—
they are messengers.
Let them speak,
but don’t let them define you.

Feeling deeply is a strength.
Healing begins when we allow.

Be soft. Be honest. Be whole.

Your pace is perfect.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to catch up.
You are not behind.

Growth isn’t always loud or visible—
sometimes it’s soft, slow, and quiet.

Trust your rhythm.
Trust your journey.

You are blooming in your own time.

Speak to yourself like someone you love.

Would you call a friend “weak” for feeling tired?
Would you blame a loved one for needing time?
Then don’t do that to yourself.

You deserve the same tenderness you offer others.
You are worthy of grace, even on the hard days.

Love begins within.
And it starts with your words.

It’s okay to begin again.

Some days you’ll feel strong.
Other days, you’ll need to start over.
Both are part of the journey.

Let go of the pressure to be perfect.
Hold on to the courage to try again.

You are not failing.
You are unfolding.

Be proud of every small step.
You’re moving forward—even when it feels slow.

You are allowed to rest.

You don’t have to hustle every moment.
You don’t need to be “productive” to be worthy.
Your value is not measured by how much you do—
but by who you are.

Rest is not laziness. It’s self-respect.
Take a breath.
Take a break.
Take your time.

You’re doing better than you think.

— Intumoni Sharma
