The people behind the purpose.

Across 4 states, 5 people are building careers at Quest Alliance for very different reasons.

One found an ecosystem that welcomed their whole self. Another found the freedom to question, experiment, and push ideas forward. One found the trust and flexibility to show up fully - at work and in life. Another found the satisfaction of turning ideas into impact. And one found a culture where compassion and courage aren't just values on a wall.

If this sounds like the kind of place where you'd belong, we'd love to hear from you.

The ‘For You’ Page is shaping up futures.

Not just through trends and entertainment, but through the questions young people are asking every day:
• What should I do next?
• What career should I pursue?
• How do I prepare for an interview?
• Where do I belong?
• Who do I want to become?

For many young people, these questions are increasingly being explored on social media - through creators, communities, algorithms, and digital spaces.

Understanding young people's digital lives, helps us understand how aspirations are formed, opportunities are discovered, and futures are imagined. The Digital Lives of Young Indians explores how young people from marginalized and vulnerable communities navigate identity, belonging, learning, and opportunity in an increasingly digital world.

Skills over degrees?

Mohammed Toufiq once thought that dropping out of his undergraduate degree had narrowed his options.

Things began to shift when Toufiq started using the MyQuest App during his time at the Association for Promoting Social Action. Through the MyQuest App, he began exploring opportunities across sectors, learning employability skills, and understanding how industries and careers are changing.

In his experience, skills matter more than degrees. Not just technical skills, but communication, adaptability, confidence, and the ability to keep learning.

Young people can navigate careers and thrive when they have access to the right tools, guidance, and opportunities to learn.

Can one conversation change a young person's girl’s future?

Not a new classroom or curriculum. Just a space to ask questions, meet role models, and think out loud about what's next.

Across 24 villages in Jharkhand with underserved communities, that's exactly what Future Skills Clubs set out to test.

The club became community-led spaces where girls and young people could develop digital fluency, Social Emotional Learning, meet role models, discuss careers openly, and understand what it actually takes to pursue the futures they want.

The results surprised us. Swipe to find out →

Who trains the trainers?

At the Transforming Skills Ecosystem workshop organised by , .nikita, Director - Youth Programs, joined and Korean Delegation at World Bank to discuss what it takes to strengthen trainer capacity.

Drawing on 12+ years of work with Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs), and skilling partners across India, Nikita shared that trainer development isn't just about more workshops - it's about creating opportunities for trainers to continuously learn, grow, and thrive. Through Future Right Skills Network, we are working towards a holistic view of trainer development that considers career pathways and continuous professional development.

As initiatives like PM SETU and NSTIs upgrades continue to reshape India's skilling landscape, there is an opportunity to build stronger systems that enable trainers to learn, grow, and thrive throughout their careers.

Every evening, a classroom appears under a tree in Panchmahal. Its teacher is just 13!

Vaishali is a Class 8 learner from Panchmahal, Gujarat.

What started as a dream of becoming a teacher has grown into a habit of helping others learn. From explaining mathematics to classmates to teaching younger children in her community, Vaishali believes education should be shared.

Through Quest Alliance-supported digital learning opportunities, she explored SCRATCH - a visual programming language, chatbot development, and community problem-solving that empowered her to turn ideas into action.

Today, she's helping others prepare for their future too. That's what Future Skills for Thriving Careers looks like in action - confidence, digital skills, and the agency to create change.
