When we asked , our design lead, what she wanted to share for ReReeti Recommends, she said: Parai.
“You’ve probably heard it” she told us. "But maybe never truly listened.”
The Parai is like that, pervasive yet invisible, everywhere and nowhere. Her journey began when she met someone who plays it: one thick stick, one thin, creating rhythms that bypass your ears and go straight to your soul.

📣 IMACC’s third cohort is here, bringing together the largest and most diverse group of museums we’ve worked with. We’re grateful for the strong response to this year’s open call and for the trust placed in the programme. Thank you to every institution that stepped forward with such intent and generosity. Your commitment has shaped this year’s cohort, and we now look ahead to a year marked by learning, practical action, and a sector steadily reshaping itself.
