Fellass..... i had another chance to be a part of the workshop that Arati Chaudhuri held last saturday... it was again the moment wherein i felt the JOY OF BAKING..... with here time fled and we came with some amazing cheesecakes which were just out of the world... never knew that we could also make cheese cake without some expensive cheese... i had the most memorable time at the workshop.... you will be amazed with her aura and warmth while being the class and you will feel that yes I CAN ALSO BAKE.... please do not miss the tea in her class

BAKE WITH A Hi everyone! :) I conduct short term baking classes for beginners as well as more advanced bakers. All sessions are a combination of demo as well as hands on experience (only where necessary). My main aim is to make sure that you all go back with a clear understanding of the recipes and the techniques used so you all can replicate them at home with ease. With experience, I have learned that this is the best way to teach people and I am happy to say that many of my students now run their own baking businesses! :)
