We are delighted to share that ABC is hosting an exclusive event for school kids at MPPS Kuravapalli (K), Gandlapalli Panchayat, Sodam Mandal, AP, designed to inspire, educate, and entertain.

There was huge shortage of fans in Govt Senior Secondary School, Dundhahera, Gurgaon.
ABC team donated the fans to school so that students can get some releaf in this hot and humid conditions.

Successful organization of Sports Day event at Govt school Chinapannahalli. Students participated in outdoor and indoor games. Refreshments provided for school students. Winners received school supplies like stationary and school bags. We applaud efforts of ABC volunteers Sumalatha, Vikas, Nethra, Prateek, Muneendra, Jagadeswara organizing the event.

We at the community are always full of gratitude for good Samaritans like Priya Arora, who is a resident of Whitefield, Bangalore and owner at 'Bake me a Bread'. Priya brings a smile on faces of students at Gandhipuram Anganwadi with her delicious cakes. This time Priya baked a wonderful treat for Belinda on her birthday. Thankyou Priya for making Belinda's birthday a special day for her and other kids at the school.
In this effort, we applaud our volunteers Gayathri and Nethra for connecting Priya to Gandhipuram Anganwadi and continuing good volunteer work.

Ingredients for CHANGE at Govt Primary School Ambedkar Nagar, Whitefield Bangalore.

A dedicated Head Mistress who wants to transform her Government School; a team who wants to make a difference in society and a company that supports them.

This is what happened at Ambedkar Nagar Government Primary School when Informatica India partnered with Acharyas for a Better Community (ABC) and Whitefield Rising to install a brand new Computer Lab.

They ensured that the lab was fully equipped with functional laptops, UPS, a printer, overhead projector and furniture. And most importantly, they are paying for a well-qualified computer teacher for a year to ensure that the children and other teachers get the most out of this lab.

Additionally, the Informatica team promised to visit the lab at least once a month to ensure that they maintain all the equipment and address any issues.

They also painted all the classrooms, laminated floors, installed fans and lights, ensured there was running water in the bathrooms and kitchen by putting in a sump pump and overhead tanks.

The sixty children of Grades 1-5 have been watching all the activity for the last few months and are very excited about their new lab and their transformed school!
