What was our own has now become a foreign entity. We need to remind ourselves of where we came from and the rich legacy, which cannot be traded in material terms. As per a research done from a top tier American university it was found that 70% of Hindus in India are mentally healthy and they attributed this to the divine way of living which as per the study included chants and Vedic hymns in their daily routines. The power encapsulated in the mantras are potent to ward of many mental , physical ailments and are for the overall upliftment of oneself and the world around. So given all the facts and figures ,is it not wise enough on our part to learn them, live them and walk this path with enhanced awareness and knowledge. This is what we at Ishavaasyam strive in imparting to the upcoming generations. We mix and match real world knowledge to help them digest the information so that living the principles is easy.
