What stood out throughout the conference was the mindset of the students.
They were not just presenting projects — they were discussing ideas around AI, analytics, consumer behavior, innovation, strategy, and the future of business with remarkable clarity and confidence.
One realization became very clear:
The next generation of management professionals will not succeed only because they know concepts.
They will succeed because they know how to think, analyze, adapt, and ask the right questions.
It was inspiring to interact with such energetic young minds along with passionate faculty members who are actively creating industry-relevant learning environments.

Twelve years ago, I stood on the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) stage as a winner of Manthan 2014, pitching an idea and dreaming big.
