District Level Open Table Tennis Tournament Achievement

We are proud to announce that Angadi international school Ruthika Habib of Grade 9 has secured 3rd Place in the Under-15 Category at the District Level Open Table Tennis Tournament held at Maharashtra Mandal Tennis Academy, Hubballi, on 6th and 7th June 2026.

Ruthika's outstanding performance, dedication, and sportsmanship have brought great pride to our institution. Competing against talented players from across the district, she displayed remarkable skill and determination to achieve this commendable success.

The management, staff, and students congratulate Ruthika on this achievement and wish her continued success in her future sporting endeavors.

This accomplishment was made possible with the constant encouragement and support of Director Dr. Spoorti Angadi Patil Madam, Administrator Mr. Raju Joshi, Principal Prof. Sangeeta Desai, Coach Mr. Mahadev Shiragaonkar, and the entire school community.

Anchoring a New Partnership: Orientation Programme 2026

Angadi International School successfully conducted its Orientation Programme for the parents of newly admitted students on 6th June 2026.
The programme commenced on an auspicious note with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a graceful welcome dance and a melodious welcome song presented by our talented students. The event created a warm and vibrant atmosphere, setting the tone for the academic journey ahead.
The formal proceedings began with an elegant and inspiring Welcome Speech delivered by Mrs. Rajeshwari Reddy, HOD of the English Department. She set a wonderful tone for the morning, introducing the purpose of the orientation and emphasizing that education is a grounded, collaborative partnership between families and the school.
Following the welcome address, the academic team stepped forward to provide a comprehensive roadmap for the upcoming year. Detailed presentations were delivered by the respective Segment Coordinators and Subject HODs. Through informative PPTs, they provided parents with deep, valuable insights into:
The school's robust curriculum and stage-specific academic expectations.
A vibrant array of co-curricular activities, student competitions, and talent platforms planned for the academic year.
The gathering was then addressed by our respected Principal, Prof. Sangeeta Desai, who delivered the Presidential Remark. She emphasized the critical importance of a strong, transparent partnership between parents and the school in nurturing young learners and helping them achieve their true potential.
We were also honoured to have Mrs. Gouri Samant, Academic Advisor for the Foundational Stage, as our Guest of Honour.As an expert in early childhood education, she meticulously explained and presented a comprehensive overview of the Foundational Stage.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Sherly Saju, expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, parents, staff members, and students for making the event a grand success.
We sincerely thank all the parents for their enthusiastic participation and look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and fruitful collaboration!

World Environment Day and Green day Celebration at Angadi International School - Pre-Primary
World Environment Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our pre-primary section. Green Colour Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy in the pre-primary section. The children came dressed in beautiful green outfits and brought green-coloured objects from home.
The little children learned the importance of protecting and caring for nature. As part of the celebration, the children actively participated in watering plants, cleaning the school garden, and taking care of plants and trees. They observed different plants and learned how plants help us by giving us fresh air, shade, fruits, and flowers.
The activities helped the children develop a sense of responsibility and love for the environment. Through hands-on learning and fun experiences, they understood the importance of keeping their surroundings clean and green. The day was filled with excitement, learning, and a commitment to making our Earth a better place. 🌱🌍💚
Children were also introduced with different colours and shades of things which are green in colour.They also brought green-coloured food items like cucumbers, parathas, and other healthy snacks. The children were excited to share and enjoyed eating together.
The celebration made learning enjoyable and helped children develop colour recognition skills while fostering love and appreciation for nature. The day ended with happy smiles and wonderful memories for all.

Our pre-primary children had a fun-filled and exciting first day at school! The day began with a warm welcome as our little learners stepped into their classrooms, some with big smiles and some holding on tightly to their parents. 😊

The children offered flowers to Goddess Saraswati and sought her blessings for a happy, successful, and joyful academic year ahead. The flower shower added a beautiful touch and filled the school with positive vibes.

In the classrooms, the children enjoyed rhymes, games, stories, and interactive activities. They were excited to meet their teachers, make new friends, and explore their bright and colourful learning spaces.

Of course, no first day in the Nursery class is complete without a few tears! While some little ones bravely walked in, a few expressed their feelings with loud cries and dramatic goodbyes. Thankfully, the tears didn't last long, and soon they were busy playing, singing, and having fun with their teachers.

The day ended with plenty of smiles, laughter, and happy memories, making it a wonderful start to a new academic year and an exciting learning adventure ahead! 🌟📚✨

Music Lab Inaugurated at Angadi International School, Belagavi.
Belagavi, June 1: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the founder, Late Dr. Suresh Angadi Sir, Angadi International School inaugurated a Music Lab in collaboration with Furtados Music Academy.
The Music Lab was inaugurated by the Chairperson, Smt. Mangal Suresh Angadi, in the presence of staff and students. The initiative aims to encourage creativity and provide students with quality music education and professional exposure.
The inauguration marks another step towards holistic learning and overall student development at AIS.
