✨ Empowering women through awareness, safety, and action! ✨
A Self-Defence Workshop was conducted under “Rakt Shakti se Poorna Shakti”, an initiative by Ms Breeze Tripathi and Ms Meeta Wadhwa dedicated to women’s health, safety, and security.
The initiative was launched at the Jailbaag Anganwadi campus adopted by WEES, marking the beginning of a series of empowerment and awareness programmes for women and adolescent girls.
Ms Breeze Tripathi led an engaging session on women’s safety and self-defence, showcasing simple yet effective techniques specially designed to be performed while wearing a saree—making them practical and accessible for women across India.
The workshop was organised in association with the Directorate of Women & Child Development, Madhya Pradesh.
Heartfelt gratitude to Ms Meeta Wadhwa (President, Setu – The Bridge), Kalpana Indulkar (Coordinator, WCD), Ms Rakhshan Shamim Zahid (President, WEES), and all executives for their valuable support and coordination.

Team WEES participated in the "Ped Do, Prithvi Bachao" plantation drive, a wonderful initiative by The Madhu Choudhary Vodcast in collaboration with the Forest Department, Madhya Pradesh.
A tree is not just a gift to nature; it is a promise to future generations. 🌱
This meaningful campaign, running from 5th to 10th June 2026, encourages everyone to plant a sapling, nurture it, and watch it grow into a symbol of hope and sustainability.
Let us make Environment Day truly meaningful by taking a small step towards a greener and healthier planet.
🌿 Plant a Tree. Protect the Earth. 🌍

✨ A proud and memorable moment as “पीर पराई जाने रे”, the inspiring life story of Hon’ble Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel Ji, includes a special mention of WEES and the Pari Bazaar Heritage Festival—both honoured by his gracious presence on two occasions✨
Delighted to attend the book launch by Smt. Shilpi Diwakar at Madhavrao Sapre Sangrahalaya, marking the celebration of 200 years of Hindi Journalism.
We were privileged to present a painting on “Sashakt Madhya Pradesh”, the theme of Pari Bazaar Heritage Festival 2025 to Hon'ble Governer of MP.
It was wonderful to have Hon’ble Mayor Smt. Malti Rai Ji at the event and to reconnect with senior journalist Shri Vijaydutt Shridhar Ji and Shri Mahesh Shrivastava Ji.
The event also featured “Purkhon Ko Pranam”, a remarkable exhibition of historical posters.
