This International Yoga Day, the VIT Bhopal University community came together for a refreshing and enriching session led by Yogacharya, Mr. Mahesh Agrawal, and Ms. Vandana Jain, Spiritual and Meditation Expert. Through practical guidance on yoga, meditation, and mental well-being, participants learned simple ways to reduce stress, restore inner balance, and embrace a healthier, more mindful way of life.
