Once again, the TiE Startup Open MiC Connect Programme delivered an amazing experience on Saturday, 31st January 2026, at the O-HUB Auditorium, brilliantly anchored by our beloved Charter Member Mr. Adit Jena, who truly lived up to his role as “the connector” with his erudite yet humorous style.

The programme featured a deep-dive welcome message, followed by an engaging fireside chat with Mr. Smruti Parida, Founder & CEO of Finguine and Keacyte, expertly moderated by Mr. Pravat Panda, Chairperson of Open MiC Connect, and further enriched by a masterclass from Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Sinha, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SilverX Fund.

POSH ICC & Sensitization Program by IIG Varsity

OMFED successfully conducted a POSH Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) program at the Corporate Office and a POSH Sensitization Program at the Plant Site, facilitated by IIG Varsity with an insightful session by Trainer Mr. Bibhu Pattnaik.

Mr. Bibhu Ranjan Pattnaik, POSH Enabler, facilitated a one-day Training Programme on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace” at the NALCO L&D Centre of Excellence (National Aluminium Company Limited - NALCO), Bhubaneswar.

The programme aimed to enhance awareness of the POSH Act, 2013 and reinforce the importance of fostering a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive workplace through clarity on legal provisions and the roles and responsibilities in prevention and redressal.

A total of 17 Executives and Internal Committee (ICC) members from the Corporate Office and Units (Angul & Damanjodi) participated in the programme.

The session was highly engaging and effective, receiving positive feedback from participants.
