BIITM commenced its 5-Day Faculty Development Programme on 'Contemporary Excellence in Management Education: Pedagogy, Leadership & Technology' with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr.) Mihir Ranjan Nayak, Principal, BIITM, delivered the welcome address.
The inaugural session was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Amiya Kumar Rath, Vice Chancellor, BPUT, who delivered an insightful address on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and innovative teaching practices, emphasizing the shift towards a learner-centric approach.
The first technical session was delivered by Dr. Swapnarag Swain, Associate Professor, IIM Bodh Gaya, on 'Reimagining Teaching for Student Engagement and Academic Excellence,' inspiring faculty members to explore innovative strategies such as Reverse Engineering Mechanism for enhancing student engagement.
