Identity Training Services recently facilitated an Out-Bound Experiential Training (OBET) program for the Mid-Level Managers of Ferro Alloys Corporation Ltd. (Vedanta), led by Jasobant Narayan Singhlal, Master OBET Coach & Corporate Trainer.
From team challenges and leadership tasks to problem-solving activities and collaborative learning experiences, participants engaged in a journey that pushed them to think, adapt, communicate, and lead in new ways.
