ମୋ ଉପରେ ଅର୍ପିତ ଏହି ଦାୟିତ୍ୱକୁ ନିଷ୍ଠା, ସତତା ଓ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱବୋଧ ସହ ପାଳନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ। ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସହ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧିତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଷୟର ଗଭୀର ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଓ ଜନସ୍ୱାର୍ଥକୁ ପ୍ରାଧାନ୍ୟ ଦେଇ କମିଟିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଆଗେଇ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ସଦା ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିବି।

Nothing gives me more joy than organising’ SANSAD CHITSA SHIVIRA ‘ every 3rd Sunday of a month in different villages of Bhubaneswar.

My office organises it with full support of the community. Free medicines are given and free examination is done by good doctors. Thanks to the State Government for providing me medical assistance.

Today we organised it in Bhapur GP in Balipatna block. More than 600 people from nearby areas benefitted.

Spoke to all. Thanked all volunteers.

Service and Development are the only agenda items of our Politics.

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ପ୍ରତି ମାସର ତୃତୀୟ ରବିବାର ‘ସାଂସଦ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଶିବିର’ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବା ମୋ ପାଇଁ ଅପାର ଆନନ୍ଦର ବିଷୟ।

ମୋ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସମୁଦାୟର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସହଯୋଗରେ ଏହି ଶିବିରର ଆୟୋଜନ କରୁଛି। ଏଠାରେ ଭଲ ଡାକ୍ତରମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଉଛି ଏବଂ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଔଷଧ ମଧ୍ୟ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ମୋତେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରୁଥିବାରୁ ମୁଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜଣାଉଛି।

ଆଜି ବାଲିପାଟଣା ବ୍ଲକ୍‌ର ଭାପୁର ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ଏହି ଶିବିରର ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ୬୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଏଥିରୁ ଉପକୃତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।

ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହ କଥା ହେଲି। ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ୱେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜଣାଇଲି।

ସେବା ଓ ବିକାଶ ହିଁ ଆମର ରାଜନୀତିର ଏକମାତ୍ର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ। 🙏

ଆଜି ପ୍ରଭାତରେ ଆମ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ଥିତ ରାଜାରାଣୀ ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସରରେ ମୋ ସହିତ ଯୋଗାଭ୍ୟାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମୟ କାଢ଼ି ଆସିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଯୁବକ-ଯୁବତୀ, ମହିଳା ଓ ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ହୃଦୟରୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜଣାଉଛି।

ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆମେ ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସରରେ ରୁଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷ ଏବଂ ଚନ୍ଦନ ଗଛର ଚାରା ରୋପଣ ମଧ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲୁ।

ଯୋଗକୁ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ୱ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଥିବା ପାଇଁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୁଁ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜଣାଉଛି।



I thank all Girls and Boys, Women and Men who took time off and did Yoga with me in the early morning hours today within the premises of RajaRani Temple in our Bhubaneswar.

Also. we planted Rudraksha and Chandan Trees saplings within the Temple premises.

In Bhusandapur GP of Tangi Block today….
Spent half a day in this village of Fishermen who depend on Chilka Lake for livelihood.

Laid the foundation stones of six small much- needed projects worth Rs 1 crore. Hon’ble MLA , Sri Prasant Jagdev, the Chief Executive, Chilka Development Authority , and other officials were also present.

I spoke to all. Informed all that the present State Government is preparing a Detailed Project Report for Rs 1300 crore or holistic Development of Chilka Lake. 2 lakh fishermen in various villages bordering Chilka Lake will benefit.

It was a useful day today.

Through Video Conferencing Facility from Bhubaneswar , I associated myself with the launch of Projects worth Rs 47, 600 crore in Odisha by Hon’ble PM Sri Narendra Modi at Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj Districtof Odisha.

One of the important Projects therein was
Compressed Bio Gas Plant ( CBG) for urban waste worth Rs 180 crore in Bhubaneswar.

In partnership with Oil India Ltd, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation has grounded a Bio Methanation technology propelled Plant today.
14 TPCD biogas and 50 TPCD manure will be generated out of 300 TPCD Municipal Waste on daily basis.

Congratulated Hon’ble Mayor Madam Sulochana Das , ACS Madam Usha Padhee ,Commissioner, BMC and others for this wonderful initiative.

Bhubaneswar City will be cleaner and healthier.

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରୁ ଭିଡିଓ କନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୁଁ ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ରାଇରଙ୍ଗପୁରରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ୪୭,୬୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସହ ନିଜକୁ ଯୋଡ଼ିଥିଲି।

ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ପାଇଁ ୧୮୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ସହରୀୟ ବର୍ଜ୍ୟବସ୍ତୁ ପରିଚାଳନା ଆଧାରିତ କମ୍ପ୍ରେସ୍ଡ ବାୟୋ ଗ୍ୟାସ (CBG) ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଥିଲା।

ଅଏଲ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଲିମିଟେଡ୍‌ର ସହଭାଗିତାରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ମହାନଗର ନିଗମ (BMC) ଆଜି ବାୟୋ-ମିଥାନେସନ୍ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ଆଧାରିତ ଏହି ପ୍ଲାଣ୍ଟର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛି। ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ୩୦୦ ଟନ୍ ସହରୀୟ ବର୍ଜ୍ୟବସ୍ତୁରୁ ୧୪ ଟନ୍ ବାୟୋଗ୍ୟାସ ଏବଂ ୫୦ ଟନ୍ ଜୈବ ସାର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କରାଯିବ।

ଏହି ଉତ୍କୃଷ୍ଟ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ପାଇଁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମେୟର ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସୁଲୋଚନା ଦାସ, ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଉଷା ପାଢ଼ୀ, ବିଏମସି କମିଶନର ଏବଂ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଲି।

ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛ, ସବୁଜ ଓ ସୁସ୍ଥ ସହର ଭାବେ ଗଢ଼ି ତୋଳିବl l

Participated in the launch of PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana ( PMVBRY) by Hon’ble PM Sri Narendra Modi under the aegis of Ministry of Labour and Employment, GoI- at Bhubaneswar today.

Rs 2400 crore were credited into the bank accounts of 15 lakh Employees and Employers today- all across the country.

Rs 37.96 crore were released in Odisha.

This scheme intends to catalyse job creation and expand social security coverage in the country.

Spoke to all participants. India is a young country and it is desirable to employ as many youth as possible in the formal sector.

ଆଜି ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ସାରା ଦେଶର ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିଦାତାଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଖାତାକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨,୪୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ସିଧାସଳଖ ଜମା କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେଥିମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ୩୭.୯୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ମୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଦେଶରେ ନୂତନ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟିକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବା ସହିତ ସାମାଜିକ ସୁରକ୍ଷାର ପରିସରକୁ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ।

ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କଲି। ଭାରତ ଏକ ଯୁବଶକ୍ତିସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଦେଶ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ଯୁବକ-ଯୁବତୀଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗଠିତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ସେହି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପୂରଣ ଦିଗରେ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ।

My esteemed colleagues - Sri Priyadarshi Mishra and Sri Rudra Narayana Samantray were present.

Had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of people- young girls and boys, men & women.

Spoke to them. Heard their grievances. Assured them that I would try to redress them soon.

It is a great feeling to meet, greet and connect with the people of Bhubaneswar- my HOME.

ପବିତ୍ର ଶୀତଳଷଷ୍ଠୀ ଅବସରରେ ଗତକାଲି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ରଙ୍ଗମାଟିଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଶ୍ରୀ ରଙ୍ଗନାଥ ଦେବ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଶ୍ରୀଚରଣରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବାର ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ଲାଭ କରିଲି।

The JOINT PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE on 130th Constitution ( Amendment) Bill, 2025, and other related Bills met the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi at Delhi Secretariat yesterday. We had detailed discussion with-

1) Govt of Delhi
2) Guru Gobind Indraprastha University
3) Common Cause NGO

Good suggestions came.
Hon’ble Members of the Committee also contributed hugely.

ଗତକାଲି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସଚିବାଳୟରେ 130ତମ ସଂବିଧାନ (ସଂଶୋଧନ) ବିଲ୍, 2025 ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ବିଲ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉପରେ ଗଠିତ ଯୁକ୍ତ ସଂସଦୀୟ କମିଟି (JPC) ର ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆମେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଓ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲୁ—

It was a pleasure meeting Hon’ble CM Madam Rekha Gupta, in her office today in New Delhi.

As Chairperson of the JOINT PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE ( JPC) on 130th Constitution ( Amendment) Bill, 2025 and related Bills , I led the discussion with her on the Bills and sought the views/ suggestions of her Government.

My esteemed Colleagues- Hon’ble Members of the JPC - were present.They took very active part in the deliberations.

The Delhi Government supported the Bills. Also, they gave a few constructive suggestions.

JPCର ମୋର ସମ୍ମାନନୀୟ ସହକର୍ମୀ ସାଂସଦମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଆଲୋଚନାରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାବେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସରକାର ଏହି ବିଲ୍‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ ଜଣାଇବା ସହ କିଛି ଗଠନମୂଳକ ପରାମର୍ଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ।

ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ଏହା ଏକ ଜ୍ଞାନବର୍ଦ୍ଧକ ଏବଂ ଫଳପ୍ରଦ ଆଲୋଚନା ଥିଲା।

JPC ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମୁଁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଆତିଥ୍ୟ, ଆଗ୍ରହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସହଭାଗିତା ଏବଂ ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁ ଉପରେ ତାଙ୍କ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ମତାମତ ପାଇଁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜଣାଇଲି।
