What becomes possible when students are trusted to lead?
We’re delighted to partner with Thermax Foundation for FY 2026–27 to bring student-led learning and leadership opportunities to government schools across Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
At Involve, we believe students learn best with and from one another. Through this partnership, thousands of young people will have more opportunities to build confidence, leadership, and lifelong learning skills.
Thank you to Thermax Limited Foundation for believing in student agency and helping create classrooms where every child has the opportunity to lead ✨

How do we prepare educators to nurture climate-conscious learners?
Over five immersive days, our Maargadarshi team engaged with experiential learning, sustainability education, place-based pedagogy, nature learning, and climate action with Thicket Tales. From exploring local communities and ecosystems to designing climate education sessions, participants experienced firsthand how learning can move beyond the classroom and connect with the real world.
As we begin our Climate Learning journey under the Innovation Schools program in Anekal, this workshop offered valuable insights, practical tools, and fresh perspectives on helping students understand, engage with, and act on the environmental challenges around them. It marks an important first step in building learning experiences that are rooted in curiosity, local contexts, and meaningful climate action.

What happens when children don’t just learn together, but lead together too? 🌱
Saath-Saath Seekhein, a collaboration between Muheem and Involve, began with a training in Varanasi with 16 Muheem Fellows and 3 Program Team members to explore peer learning through activities, discussion, and reflection.
Over the next five months, the program will roll out across selected Muheem Paathshalas in Varanasi, Bhadohi, and Mirzapur. Designed for community-based learning spaces outside school premises, the program will be contextualised to each region and support children to learn with one another, build confidence, and take on leadership roles.
Curious about peer learning? Scan the QR code to access our open-source Peer Teaching Book and explore the ideas and practices behind the approach.
Excited to see children learn, lead, and grow—saath-saath ✨

At Involve, growth is never just a milestone- it's a journey built on trust, curiosity, and purpose.
Congratulations to Nikita Yadav, Geethamrutha R, Ayush Jharia, Niyas Ali K, Rahul Dawn, and Vishnu Narayan Singh on their well-deserved promotions!
Each of their stories is a testament to what happens when people are given the space to explore, experiment, and lead. They didn't just grow into new roles, they grew into new versions of themselves.
Here's to doing more, going deeper, and reaching further — together.

Two days of slowing down, reflecting deeply, and building stronger clarity together.
At the first Managers’ circle of the year, we stepped back from the everyday hustle — and reconnected with why and how we work together.
It felt okay to ask questions without fear of judgment, to admit confusion, to challenge ideas, and to learn from each other honestly. And that made all the difference.
Because strong teams aren't built only through plans and targets. They're built through trust, vulnerability, feedback, and shared understanding.
That's what the Manager's Circle is — not just a leadership retreat, but a commitment to keep growing, together.
Heartfelt thanks to Taegutec for so warmly opening their space for us — it set the perfect tone for meaningful reflection and conversation.

From a small pilot to reaching ~1 million students across India, Involve’s journey has been shaped by students, teachers, schools, education systems, and people who believed in the work early and stayed with us over the years.
Today, across 7,000 schools and with 30,000 teachers, we’re seeing students become more confident learners, peer mentors, and leaders in their communities.
We’re thankful to our long-time champions: T.V. Srinivasan, Shaleen Parekh, Shobha Punkollu, Ish Kapoor, Ramesh Mangaleswaran, Meenakshi Ramesh, Sanjeev Rangrass, Nikunj Jhaveri, and Chetan Mehra, for being part of Involve’s journey and for helping strengthen the movement toward student agency across India's classrooms.

Across Bihar, this year has been about building systems that place students at the centre of learning. In Banka and Bhagalpur, we nurture learning spaces where students lead with confidence, educators strengthen their practice, and districts embed the practices within the systems.
We’re grateful to our partner Caring Friends, who help us make this possible:
Together, the work now reaches across 2 districts in Bihar—impacting more than 6.9 lakh students and 20,000+ teachers through deep collaboration with schools and the education system.
And the shift is becoming visible:
• Foundational Math outcomes have improved by 12%
• Over 75% of students have moved to higher Hindi reading levels
• District institutions are increasingly owning and sustaining student-centred practices
Swipe to see what we’re building together.
