Job Description:

 Develop new and improve existing business reporting, including internal and external customer reports, and performance scorecards, focusing on automation of reporting.
 Creation of ad-hoc and one-time reporting for specific business needs
 Work with business stake holders to identify requirements of business, and liaison with IT department to develop solution designs
 Understand business goals and processes, develop models, analyse data, and provide valuable recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders
 Collaborate with business take holders and technical teams regarding data and reporting issues, enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data workflow and/or functionality.
 Working with multiple systems and merging data from multiple data sets, including field input and management assumptions, to create clear reporting that can be communicated across a variety audiences

 Convert Business problems into Analytical problems and work across multiple analytical platforms (Excel, Tableau, Qlikview etc...)

Qualification/Requirements:

 BE (Computer Science or IT) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field
 Experience analysing sales and margin data, and identifying key business drivers that impact business results
 Analytical thinking, problem solving, and pro-active work ethic
 Expert level in MS Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
 Experience working with SQL
 1 or 2 years’ experience with Visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik
 Expert understanding of database concepts, ability to handle large and complex databases
 Excellent written and oral communication skills, should be able to articulate analytical solutions or suggestions to senior management

 Measure, analyse and create short, medium and long term forecasts, maximizing item level forecast accuracy to drive supply chain optimization

Job Overview

The SAP HANA Developer on Business Warehouse is a hands-on technical role. The candidate must have BW 7.x HANA configuration experience in a production environment. Proof of Concept and Training experience alone are not sufficient for this role.
