Not all fire sprinkler systems work the same way. Choosing the right system is critical for protecting lives, property, and business operations.

Wet Pipe System
How it works:
The piping is permanently filled with water. When a sprinkler head is exposed to heat and activates, water is discharged immediately from that sprinkler.
Advantages:
Fastest response time
Simple and reliable design
Lower installation and maintenance costs
Best for:
π’ Offices, schools, hotels, hospitals, and residential buildings

Dry Pipe System
How it works:
The piping contains pressurized air or nitrogen instead of water. When a sprinkler activates, the air escapes, the valve opens, and water flows into the piping and out through the activated sprinkler.

Prevents pipes from freezing
Suitable for unheated spaces
Best for:
βοΈ Warehouses, parking garages, loading docks, cold storage facilities

Pre-Action System
How it works:
A fire detection system (smoke or heat detectors) must activate before water enters the sprinkler piping. Water is discharged only when a sprinkler head also opens.

Deluge System
How it works:
All sprinkler nozzles are open (no glass bulbs). When the detection system activates, water flows through all nozzles simultaneously, flooding the protected area.

Foam Water System
How it works:
