On the occasion of the 12th International Day of Yoga, the IMS Unison University community came together on the mat — and in the moment.

This year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing", reminds us that yoga is not a seasonal practice or a moment of pause — it is a lifelong companion.

The session was ably led by expert Mr. Rajnish Gupta, whose guidance through asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness turned the campus into a quiet, collective sanctuary — one breath at a time.

As the world's population ages faster than ever before, institutions like ours have a responsibility to model preventive well-being. Today, we honoured that responsibility.
Here's to strength, steadiness, and stillness — at every age.
