Our school had the privilege of hosting an insightful and engaging session on *“Stress, Snacking and Weight Gain”* conducted by Dt. Ekta Taneja, an experienced dietitian with over 23 years of expertise in health, nutrition, and wellness.

The session highlighted the connection between stress and eating habits, helping participants understand how emotional eating and unhealthy snacking patterns can affect overall health and lead to weight gain. Valuable tips were shared on making mindful food choices, managing stress effectively, and developing sustainable healthy eating habits.
