An educational trip to Shimla was organised by Sampada, the Heritage Club of Hansraj Model School, to celebrate World Heritage Day, under the inspiring guidance of Madam Principal Heemal Handoo Bhat. The trip was a perfect blend of learning and exploration, aligned with the vision of National Education Policy 2020, promoting experiential and holistic learning.
Visits to the Viceregal Lodge, Gaiety Theatre, Mall Road, and Jakhu Temple enhanced students’ understanding of heritage, culture, and architecture while fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
The trip strengthened teamwork, independence, and responsibility among students, making it a truly enriching and joyful learning experience.

Under the visionary leadership of Madam Principal, Mrs. Heemal Handoo Bhat, Sampada- the Heritage Club of Hansraj Model School, Punjabi Bagh organized an intellectually enriching educational excursion to Rashtrapati Bhavan and the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum. In consonance with the transformative vision of NEP 2020, the visit fostered meaningful experiential learning, deepened students’ understanding of parliamentary values, democratic ethos, and the dignity of the Indian Presidency, while also nurturing the spirit of active and responsible citizenship among learners.

Class XII students of Hansraj Model School recently visited the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in New Delhi for an enriching educational excursion!
Organised under the aegis of 'Sampada-The Heritage Club', this immersive journey at Teen Murti seamlessly blended deep historical insights with cutting-edge interactive fun. The experiential visit successfully ignited a spark of patriotism and curiosity in our young scholars, proving that history is truly about the visionary leaders who built our nation.

Students of Classes I and II enjoyed a delightful Movie Time. With popcorn in hand and excitement in the air, they laughed, cheered, and bonded over a fun film. The cheerful screening was a perfect prelude to summer vacation, creating joyful memories before the break. It was a wonderful way to celebrate friendship, relax together, and kickstart the vacation spirit with smiles, stories, and shared happiness.

Hansraj Model School organized an educational visit for Class III students to the National Rail Museum under the Sampada Club to provide an engaging learning experience beyond the classroom.
Students explored India’s rich railway heritage through fascinating exhibits of vintage locomotives, royal coaches, and railway artifacts. The joy train ride added excitement and made the visit even more memorable for the young learners.
The visit encouraged curiosity, observation, and interactive learning while helping students understand the importance of rail transport in India’s history and development. It was a fun-filled and enriching experience that combined education with exploration.

The students of Class IV enjoyed a wonderful movie time as they watched Hoppers — an experience filled with fun, learning, and excitement. The outing gave the children an opportunity to relax, bond with their classmates, and learn meaningful values in an engaging way.

The movie beautifully highlighted the importance of protecting nature and caring for animals. Through its inspiring message, the students understood how every small effort towards saving the environment can make a big difference.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and returned with happy memories and valuable lessons about love, kindness, and responsibility towards nature.

Hansraj Model School organized an enriching educational excursion to Gandhi Smriti to deepen students’ understanding of the life and ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. Walking through the historic galleries and exhibits, students discovered Gandhiji’s inspiring journey, his role in India’s freedom struggle, and his timeless principles of peace, truth, equality, and non-violence. Interactive discussions and thoughtful guidance from teachers made the experience more meaningful. The visit proved to be an inspiring blend of history, learning, and values, leaving students motivated to imbibe Gandhian ideals in their daily lives.
