Students of Ryan International School Mayur Vihar Std IX to XII were warmly welcomed back on 22.06.26 after a refreshing and rejuvenating Summer break. A Special Assembly was conducted by the Senior Faculty. The assembly began by seeking the divine blessings of Lord Almighty through Prayer and Praise and worship songs.The highlights of the assembly was the recitation of an inspirational poem in Hindi ' Khushi ' based on the value of the month ' Joy'. The address by Principal ma'am energised the students to move ahead with positivity and gratitude, paving a pathway to success. The assembly concluded with the singing of School Anthem.

An enriching professional development workshop was organised for the teachers on 22nd June 2026. The session aimed to equip educators with contemporary teaching strategies and provide insights into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in education.The workshop was conducted by Dr. Kiranpreet Kaur, an eminent academician and resource person, on the topic “AI Tools and ChatGPT in Education and Managing Gen Z/Gen Alpha Learners.” The session explored the evolving educational landscape and the need for teachers to adapt to the learning styles and expectations of digitally empowered students.
Dr. Kaur shared practical applications of AI tools and demonstrated how ChatGPT can be effectively used to enhance lesson planning, content creation, assessment design, and personalized learning experiences. She also discussed the responsible and ethical use of AI in classrooms, emphasizing that technology should complement, not replace, human intelligence and values.A key highlight of the workshop was the discussion on what AI does better and what humans do better. While AI can efficiently process information, generate content, and support decision-making, human qualities such as empathy, emotional connection, ethical judgment, creativity, and relationship-building remain indispensable in the teaching-learning process.Dr.Kaur further highlighted the importance of the 4Cs of 21st-century learning—Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration—as essential skills for future-ready learners. Teachers were encouraged to foster these competencies through innovative classroom practices and meaningful student engagement.
The session also focused on the future skills required for success in 2040 and beyond, including Adaptability, Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving Ability, Agility, and Ethical Decision-Making. Educators were encouraged to nurture these qualities in students to prepare them for a rapidly changing world.

Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar conducted an insightful workshop for teachers on 22nd June 2026 on the topic “Identification of Children with Special Needs.” The session was conducted by Ms. Srishti Jain, a Counselling Psychologist, researcher, and Ph.D. scholar in Psychology at Manav Rachna University.
The workshop aimed to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills required to identify and support children with special needs in an inclusive classroom environment. The session began with an engaging warm-up and icebreaker activity, followed by a discussion on the importance of early identification and the impact of missing crucial signs and symptoms.
Ms. Jain elaborated on various disability categories and classroom red flags, enabling teachers to recognize behavioural, emotional, developmental, and learning-related indicators that may require further attention. She also provided valuable information on CBSE examination norms and concessions available for students with special needs, including provisions related to scribes, extra time, subject exemptions, and the use of computers.
A significant part of the workshop focused on building an effective in-school support system and understanding the referral process for students who may require specialised intervention. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where teachers discussed real classroom situations and sought expert guidance.
The workshop proved to be highly informative and enriching, empowering educators to foster a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners.

Father's Day is a wonderful occasion to honour the love, care, and guidance that fathers provide in our lives. To mark this special day, Students participated in a meaningful celebration by expressing their gratitude and affection for their fathers.
Students spent quality time with their fathers by preparing handmade cards, presenting small gifts, helping with household chores, or sharing heartfelt messages. Many children also captured these beautiful moments through photographs.
The celebration strengthened the bond between fathers and children while teaching students the importance of expressing love, respect, and gratitude towards their parents. It was a memorable occasion filled with joy, affection, and cherished family moments.

Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar celebrated the International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm and devotion on 21st June 2026. The event witnessed the active participation of students from Classes I to XII, reflecting the school's commitment to promoting health, wellness, and holistic development.
The celebration commenced with a Special Assembly, beginning with the Lord's Prayer, followed by Scripture Reading, a Special Prayer, and Prayer Songs, creating a peaceful and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
The school was privileged to welcome Ms. Supriya Uniyal as the Guest of the Day. Ms. Uniyal is a passionate and accomplished yoga practitioner, instructor, and wellness mentor with over a decade of experience in yoga and holistic health. She is also a state-level volleyball player and the Founder of Hari OM Yoga Classes, where she has inspired countless individuals to embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle through yoga.
A spectacular yoga presentation was performed by young Ryanites from Classes I to XII. The students confidently demonstrated various yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation practices with remarkable coordination and discipline. Ms. Supriya Uniyal enthusiastically joined the students during the session, performing yoga alongside them and encouraging them to make yoga an integral part of their daily lives.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Uniyal highlighted the importance of yoga in achieving physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. She motivated the students to adopt a healthy lifestyle and cultivate discipline through regular yoga practice.
The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of energy and awareness among students, reinforcing the message that yoga is a way of life that nurtures both the body and the mind.
