We are delighted to share that Rehanshi of Class V-D from St. Gregorios School has won the First Prize in the Dance Competition at Rhythm Fest Season 1, held at the CCRT Auditorium.

Her graceful performance, confidence, and dedication truly impressed the audience and judges alike. This wonderful achievement reflects her hard work and passion for dance.

St. Gregorios School organised a vibrant Kaushal Bodh Mela on 16th May, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, innovation and vocational skills. Students of Class VIII enthusiastically participated in the exhibition by developing various models and useful products using materials such as wood, bamboo, sticks, and newspaper.

The school auditorium was beautifully transformed into an exhibition space where students creatively displayed their handmade projects. Each student confidently explained their work, the process involved in making the models, and the usefulness of the products in daily life. Their presentations reflected excellent preparation, creativity and practical understanding.

The activity encouraged students to think innovatively and make productive use of eco-friendly and recyclable materials. Through this hands-on experience, students enhanced their creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and developed confidence in public speaking.

The Kaushal Bodh Mela truly reflected the spirit of experiential learning and highlighted the importance of vocational education in developing life skills among students. The exhibition clearly depicted the students’ hard work, imagination, and dedication.

The Eco Club ‘Pallavan’ started creating a Herbal Garden in the school premises under the guidance of Malvika Saxena, with the kind consent of our Principal , Dr Manoj Kumar. The occasion was graced by our Chairman , Rev Father Pathrose Joy and Vice Principal Ma’am. Our Chairman marked the beginning of the initiative by planting a sapling. Students of classes VI–VIII actively participated and helped to make the event successful. This initiative aims to create awareness about medicinal plants and encourage environmental responsibility among students.

We are proud to share that our talented student, Jivisha Gupta (Class 3C) , brought great honour to St. Gregorios School by winning 2 Silver 🥈 medals and 1 Bronze 🥉 medal* at the 53rd Delhi Open State Roller Skating Championship 2026 .

Achievements:

Competing in the 8–10 years age category, Jivisha displayed remarkable speed, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the championship.

Sharing some more glimpses from the Investiture Ceremony 2026-27

St. Gregorios School hosted its Investiture Ceremony 2026–27 with great pride and enthusiasm, honoring the newly elected Student Council and celebrating student excellence in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

The programme commenced with a disciplined March Past and Guard of Honour presented to the dignitaries. This was followed by a solemn prayer service, a warm welcome address by Vice principal Mrs.Tanuja Chakravarti, and vibrant cultural performances by the students.

The highlight of the ceremony was the Oath of Office administered to the new cabinet members, followed by the badge presentation ceremony. The esteemed Chief Guest, ACP Shri Manoj Kumar, pinned badges on the newly appointed leaders in the presence of School Chairman Rev. Father Pathrose Joy, Principal Dr. Manoj Kumar and Vice Principal Mrs. Tanuja Chakravarti.

The event also felicitated Class XII Board toppers and students who brought laurels to the school in interschool, state, and national level competitions. Inspirational addresses by Rev. Father Pathrose Joy and ACP Shri Manoj Kumar motivated the student council to take up their responsibilities with full zeal and enthusiasm. The newly elected student leaders reinforced the values of integrity, responsibility, and service during their speeches.
