The recently announced 2026 Budget is a major win for students and educators across India. With a massive increase in funding, the government is prioritizing high-tech infrastructure and creative skills to ensure our children are ready for the global stage. Here are the 4 key highlights you need to know:

1. A Record Increase: The Education Ministry's budget has jumped to ₹1.39 lakh crore, an 8.27% rise from last year.
2. Focus on AI: ₹100 crore is now set aside for AI in Education Centers of Excellence to foster innovation.
3. Fueling Creativity: 15,000 new AVGC Content Creator Labs will be set up in schools for animation and gaming.
4. Tech Backbone: ₹1,000 crore is being invested in the India AI Mission to support robust EdTech infrastructure.
