After the successful launch at Plant 1, the 6S journey continues at Plant 2 at Colorplast Systems.
Phase 1 of the 6S Training & Implementation Program was successfully rolled out at Colorplast Plant 2 with enthusiastic participation from the cross-functional team.
Through interactive learning, practical exercises, and team discussions, participants explored how 6S can improve workplace organization, safety, efficiency, and employee ownership.
The energy, engagement, and commitment displayed by the team reaffirmed that sustainable improvement begins when people align around a common vision.
