Pragya Rks Maurya conducted a POSH Awareness Training for the HODs & Sectional Heads of Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd., New Swadeshi Sugar Mills, Narkatiaganj.

The session focused on understanding the POSH Act, recognizing inappropriate workplace behaviour, and strengthening leadership accountability in creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

After the successful launch at Plant 1, the 6S journey continues at Plant 2 at Colorplast Systems.

Phase 1 of the 6S Training & Implementation Program was successfully rolled out at Colorplast Plant 2 with enthusiastic participation from the cross-functional team.

Through interactive learning, practical exercises, and team discussions, participants explored how 6S can improve workplace organization, safety, efficiency, and employee ownership.

The energy, engagement, and commitment displayed by the team reaffirmed that sustainable improvement begins when people align around a common vision.
