What’s in my travel bag? 👜

As a Gut Health Expert, people ask they feel fatigue after coming back from traveling. I skip the standard travel minis for three unusual essentials that keep me bloat-free and energetic on the go:

🦶 Foot moisturizer for a grounding evening routine.
🫓 A homemade chapati to balance out heavy restaurant meals.
🫖 Custom digestive tea to soothe my stomach on the move.

What is the most unusual thing in your travel bag? Drop it below! 👇

Travelling messes with your gut more than you think the time zones, the airport food, the “I’ll just have whatever” meals. 🧳✈️

Here are 6 tiny things that actually help you feel human again while travelling. Swipe through your stomach will thank you later.

Honestly? She said it without a single test or consultation. 😭

We’ve been so busy chasing the complicated answer that we forgot the simple one. Real food. Regular meals. Less chaos. Your mum was onto something. 💛

6 years. Every. Single. Morning. 💊

And every time I asked if something was wrong, the answer was “your reports are fine.” I wasn’t fine. My body just needed someone to actually listen instead of hand me another prescription. Turns out rest, real food, and a little bit of self-trust did what six years of pills couldn’t. 🤷‍♀️

Okay we’ve all gotten this question at a family dinner and had absolutely no answer. 😭

But here’s what nobody talks about: it’s not just the roti. It’s whether you ate it while scrolling, standing, stressed, or starving yourself all day first. The food is rarely the whole story. The how matters just as much as the what. 🫓

“Your reports are normal.” Meanwhile my body was anything but. 😶
She didn’t give up when the system gave up on her; she just took a different door. One that led her to writing, speaking, and helping people who’ve been told the same thing: nothing is wrong with you. Something was. And now she helps others find it. 🌿

Spent years looking for healing in the right doctor, the right test, the right supplement. 😮‍💨
Nobody told me it was already there, just buried under stress, noise, and a lot of ignoring what my body was trying to say. The moment I slowed down and actually listened? Everything started shifting.
Cheesy? Maybe. True? Absolutely. 💛

Clinics gave me reports. Rock bottom gave me answers. 🙃
No one tells you that sometimes the healing starts only when you stop looking for someone else to fix you and start actually listening to what your body has been screaming at you for years. That’s where it began for me. And honestly? I wouldn’t trade that rock bottom for anything now. 💛

It was a beautiful day 💚
The day our son completed his Masters of Science with Concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from College, USA.
As parents, we feel so proud to have seen all the work you have put in through the years to get here. It’s not easy. Here’s to all your dreams for the future. We know you’ll make them come true.

So much love and blessings.

Many people think fasting means starving.

But real fasting is not only about khana skip karna.

It is about creating space for the body and mind to reset and recalibrate.

When fasting is supported with calm thoughts, meditation and awareness, the body slowly clears toxins and the mind becomes lighter.

This is when fasting becomes a holistic reset for both body and mindset.

Small mindful practices can help us live a more vibrant and balanced life — bina pressure ke.

Save this if you want to understand fasting the right way.
