Those teachers then creatively sang songs dedicated to the duck drawings, filling the session with laughter, bonding, and positive energy. ๐Ÿฆ†๐ŸŽถ

The session focused on some of the biggest classroom challenges faced by educators today, including:

Teachers also explored strategies like balancing command versus choice, incorporating movement breaks, walk-and-talk discussions, and using meaningful signals and gestures for effective classroom communication. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿง

The session further highlighted the importance of encouraging positive behaviour by focusing on better behaviour choices rather than wrong behaviour, making classrooms more engaging, student-friendly, and productive. ๐ŸŒฑ

Overall, it was a highly enriching and practical session that provided teachers with innovative classroom management strategies for creating positive and effective learning environments. โœจ
