A globally renowned scholar in International Trade Law, Islamic Law, and Law & Literature, Professor Bhala's distinguished academic contributions and international standing will greatly enrich the journal's scholarly vision and growth.

Akriti is a strategic programme management and communications professional with over seven years of extensive experience across diplomatic missions and prominent global agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Officer at the British High Commission, Delhi, she manages the UK Government’s prestigious Chevening Scholarships and Fellowships portfolio under the education pillar of the India-UK Vision 2035. Her career includes impactful tenures in education diplomacy with Education New Zealand at the New Zealand High Commission, and managing strategic public health and corporate portfolios at leading agencies like Ogilvy and MSL Group.

Her diverse accomplishments, spanning international governance, high-profile media campaigns, and over 30 published newspaper bylines, reflect the highest standard of professional capability and analytical depth within our alumni community. We congratulate Akriti on her exceptional professional journey and wish her continued success in shaping global communication landscapes.

In a world where sustainability requires action, not just awareness, Re-Kaanch embodies the principles of a circular economy by reimagining used glass bottles as everyday essentials such as tumblers, bowls, and goblets. Through innovation and thoughtful design, materials that would otherwise be discarded are given a second life.

More than an upcycling initiative, Re-Kaanch is an effort to challenge perceptions of waste and demonstrate how environmental responsibility can be integrated into everyday living. It is a reminder that meaningful value can be created not only from new resources but also by recognising the potential in what already exists.
