Salary kitni chahiye? — Sabse uncomfortable question, ka SAHI jawaab 👇

Galti number 1 ❌
👉 Seedha number bolna — “50,000 chahiye sir.”
Bahut zyada bola toh reject ho jaoge. Kam bola toh lifelong loss.

Galti number 2 ❌
👉 “As per company norms” — ye sun ke aap negotiation se daro lagte ho.

Sahi tareeka ✅
Rule 1 — Pehle interviewer ko bolne do. Unka budget jaano.
Rule 2 — Ye exact line use karo:

🎤 “Based on my skills and the market standard for this role, I would expect a fair package.”
🎤 “But I am open to discussion.”

Aakhri line MAGIC hai — flexibility dikhati hai, lekin aapki value bhi protect hoti hai.

💡 Agar phir bhi number maange, toh RANGE bolo — ek number nahi. Example: “Between 8 to 10 LPA, depending on the role.”

Save this answer before your next interview 👇

“Why should we hire you?” — 90% candidates yahaan reject ho jaate hain.

Galat answer ❌
👉 “Because I need this job, sir.”
👉 “I will work very hard.”
Ye sun ke interviewer ko lagta hai aap desperate ho, prepared nahi.

Sahi formula ✅
Skills + Attitude + Value

🎤 Skill — “I have strong communication skills.”
🎤 Attitude — “I am a quick learner and a team player.”
🎤 Value — “I am confident I can contribute to your team from day one.”

Bas 3 lines. Short, clear, confident. 👍

Boss se leave kaise maangein?

Leave maangna India mein awkward kaam hai. Casual likhoge — manager naraz. Bahut formal likhoge — over-the-top lagega. Beech ka sahi tone yahaan hai.

Formula = Reason + Dates + Coverage + Confirmation ✅

📧 EMAIL VERSION

Subject: Leave request — 14th to 16th February

Hi [Manager’s name],

I’d like to request leave from 14th to 16th February for a family commitment / personal reasons.

I’ve informed [colleague’s name] and they will cover any urgent tasks during this period. I’ll also clear my pending items before I leave.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Thanks,
[Your name]

💬 SLACK / WHATSAPP VERSION (short format)

💡 Pro tips:
👉 Reason specific mat batao agar personal hai — “family commitment” / “personal reasons” kaafi hai
👉 Coverage zaroor mention karo — manager ka tension kam hoti hai
👉 Same-day emergency leave ke liye phone karo, message nahi
