The Universal Human Values (UHV) Cell, GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR successfully commenced the AICTE-approved 3-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Universal Human Values – Introductory,” on June 18, 2026.
The FDP aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the relationship between self, family, society, and nature while fostering a sense of responsibility, ethical conduct, and harmony in personal as well as professional life. The programme encourages educators to move beyond the conventional focus on knowledge and skills and explore the foundational values that contribute to the development of responsible individuals and compassionate societies. The inaugural session witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, academic leaders, and staff members who came together with a shared commitment to learning and self-exploration.
Over the next three days, participants will engage in a structured journey of reflection and understanding, exploring concepts that can strengthen interpersonal relationships, workplace harmony, ethical leadership, and overall well-being.
