India’s First Advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) Centre of Excellence by L&T EduTech Established at Galgotias University Bringing Live Electric Vehicle Systems and Industry-Grade Training to Students

Galgotias University has established India’s First Advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) Centre of Excellence by L&T EduTech, bringing real EV systems directly into the academic ecosystem. Students will gain hands-on exposure to electric cars, electric two-wheelers, live battery packs, battery management systems, EV powertrain technologies, charging infrastructure, diagnostics platforms and embedded mobility systems.

The Centre strengthens experiential learning and supports industry-aligned preparation for India’s clean mobility sector. Galgotias University was also recognised as a Blue Chip Partner by L&T EduTech during NEXUS 2026.

They left as students. They came back as leaders. And the conversation between those two things was worth watching.

The Final Edition of the Galgotias Alumni Weekender Series, held on 6 June 2026, brought 30+ alumni home for GALEX Inspire and GALEX Build. Two panels, dozens of industries, and a room full of students who left with more clarity than they walked in with.

Many expressed interest in staying connected through mentoring, internships, and industry engagement. The community only gets stronger from here.

NIA Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Gautam Khazanchi Engages Galgotias University Law Students on Bail Jurisprudence, Article 22, and PMLA

Questions of liberty, due process, and the limits of state power sit at the heart of any serious legal system, and Galgotias University’s School of Law brought one of India’s foremost practitioners into direct conversation with its students on precisely these issues. Advocate Gautam Khazanchi, Special Public Prosecutor for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Head of Chambers of Gautam Khazanchi, delivered a rigorous and experience-driven lecture on bail jurisprudence, constitutional protections under Article 22, and the complex legal landscape surrounding the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The session reflected the kind of intellectual seriousness that legal education demands, and the kind of professional exposure that shapes the lawyers of tomorrow.

This lecture is part of a deliberate institutional philosophy at Galgotias University. We believe our students must be equipped to navigate not just settled law, but the evolving, contested, and often difficult terrain where constitutional principles meet investigative powers and judicial discretion. Following our recently concluded International Conference on Comparative Law, held in collaboration with Edith Cowan University, Australia, this session reinforces our commitment to a legal education that is rigorous, current, and deeply connected to practice.
