*International Yoga Day*
In a world defined by constant change and increasing complexity, yoga offers a timeless pathway to balance, awareness, and well-being. More than a physical practice, it cultivates the clarity of mind, emotional resilience, and inner discipline that enable us to navigate life's challenges with purpose and grace.
As we observe International Yoga Day, let us reflect on the importance of nurturing not only academic excellence but also holistic well-being. The ability to pause, breathe, and remain present is a powerful skill—one that enriches learning, strengthens character, and fosters a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.
May the spirit of yoga inspire us to lead lives marked by mindfulness, compassion, and harmony.
Happy International Yoga Day!!
Warm regards

From grades III–V, themes of culture, nature, gratitude, companionship, and sustainability were thoughtfully interwoven, bringing alive soulful performances, music, dance, and engaging hands-on experiences that beautifully honoured the unconditional love and strength of mothers.
The celebration came alive through both outdoor team-building activities filled with energy and laughter, and classroom bonding experiences that encouraged creativity, collaboration, and meaningful mother–child connections.
