K-IIT World School, Gurugram recently organized an insightful and engaging workshop on Classroom Management & Motivation for its educators. The session was conducted by Ms. Charu Vermani, CEO Skills & You, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to our respected Principal for providing such a valuable learning platform.

The workshop focused on the key elements of a well-managed classroom — effective use of physical spaces, engaging teaching strategies, strong teacher-student connections, and the importance of rules, routines, and procedures. Teachers enthusiastically participated in group activities where challenging classroom situations were enacted, followed by thoughtful discussions and collaborative problem-solving.

An intriguing part of the session was the discussion on various student behaviours and effective teacher responses, along with a detailed understanding of the Motivation Cycle.

The true highlight of the day was the energetic participation, openness, and reflective insights shared by our educators, making the workshop both meaningful and inspiring.
