Health products may leave manufacturers fully compliant with quality standards, yet still reach patients in a degraded, ineffective, or even dangerous condition. In addition, reports show that at least 1in 10 pharmaceutical products across Africa may be falsified or unregistered. It is critical to understand where in the supply chain does quality fail, and what can be done to prevent it?
To organize a detailed dialogue, five organisations have collaborated to conduct a series of webinars to create awareness, share evidence and discuss on-ground good practices. Registrations are now open for the first session in the webinar series: Managing Quality of Health Products Throughout the Supply Chain, organised by SAPICS , Bee Skilled, EPN - Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network , CMCOMMS, and IAPHL.

Over the past month, health and supply chain professionals from across the globe participated in the Term of the Day Challengeβa game-based micro-learning initiative designed by Bee Skilled and supported by SAPICS and CMCOMMS.
The goal was simple: One concept. One challenge. Every day.
The results exceeded our expectations.
β Net Promoter Score: 65 (from 52 responses)
β Learning Score: 4.8/5
β Experience Score: 4.75/5
These numbers suggest something important:
Professionals do not always need classroom training events. They must be reserved from special learning needs, which canβt be replicated virtually.
Sometimes they need learning that fits the reality of their work: Quick, practical, engaging, and easy to access without stepping away from critical responsibilities.
For us, the biggest success was not the leaderboard or the numbers. It was seeing a community show up consistently, learn together, and prove that small moments of learning can create lasting impact.
Thank you to everyone who participated and shared feedback!
This is only the beginning. Stay tuned for more from Bee Skilled.

When a woman speaks with confidence, why is she sometimes called βtoo assertiveβ?
When she raises concern, why is she seen as βtoo emotionalβ?
When she stays calm and collaborative, why is she sometimes overlooked?
These labels may sound small, but they can shape how women are perceived at work.
In the health sector, many women are already doing complex, high-pressure work. They manage teams, coordinate services, solve problems, support communities, and keep the systems moving.
Yet capability does not always protect women from being judged differently.
The same behavior that may be seen as decisive in men can be labelled as being difficult in women .
That is how invisible bias often work. It sits in everyday reactions, assumptions, and labels.
Over time, those labels can affect visibility, confidence, and career growth.
Have you seen this happen in your workplace?
