Royal Global School observed Bishnu Prasad Rabha Divas with great respect and enthusiasm. Students and teachers paid tribute to the great artist and cultural icon of Assam, Bishnu Prasad Rabha, by offering floral tributes and remembering his invaluable contributions to Assamese culture. The programme concluded with an inspiring speech and a musical performance, making the celebration meaningful and memorable.

Royal Global School celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 with immense enthusiasm as students, teachers and administrative staff came together to embrace the timeless practice of yoga. Conducted simultaneously at multiple venues across the campus, the event echoed with the soothing chants of yoga mantras as participants performed asanas, pranayama and Surya Namaskar in perfect unison.

Guided by our Yoga Teacher, Mr. Jayesh Gosai, the celebration reflected this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” highlighting yoga’s role in fostering physical vitality, mental well-being and inner harmony throughout life.

Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to making yoga an integral part of our lives and to building a healthier, happier community.

Royal Global School hosted its prestigious Director's Dinner at Vivanta , Guwahati in honour of the newly elected Prefect Council. The distinguished evening was graced by the presence of Honourable Chairman Dr. A. K. Pansari, respected Vice-Chairman Mr. A. K. Modi, members of the founding family, Director Dr. Arup Kumar Mukhopadhyay, House Masters and House Mistresses, parents, and student leaders, making it a memorable celebration of leadership, achievement, and community spirit.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by Director Dr. Arup Kumar Mukhopadhyay, who extended his greetings to the gathering and encouraged the newly elected Prefects as they embarked on their leadership journey. The evening celebrated the values of commitment, service, integrity, and leadership embodied by the student council.

A special highlight of the evening was the felicitation of Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti Ojha, esteemed faculty member of Royal Global School and recipient of the prestigious Sangeet Natak Akademi Award 2025 for his outstanding contribution to Music for Sattriya Dance. In recognition of this exceptional achievement, Honourable Chairman Dr. A. K. Pansari felicitated Mr. Ojha with a cash award of ₹1 lakh, the Chairman's Medal, and a Certificate of Appreciation. His accomplishment brought immense pride to the entire Royal Global School community.

The cultural programme, themed "A Way Towards Light & Happiness," showcased the remarkable talents of the students through an engaging blend of music, dance, and narration. From the School Song and the devotional presentation Ram Vandana to instrumental and vocal performances, culminating in the thematic finale, the programme beautifully conveyed a message of hope, resilience, self-belief, and happiness.

The evening concluded on a note of pride and gratitude, celebrating the achievements of the Prefect Council, honouring excellence in the field of arts, and reaffirming the values of leadership, creativity, and unity that continue to define Royal Global School.

Royal Global School congratulates Master Dhrishnu Raaj Baishya (Grade II) in Under-8 Category and Master Jihan Choudhary (Grade VII) in Under-14 Category for winning Gold Medals in the 500m Ring Race at the All Guwahati Inter School Speed Skating Competition 2026, held in Guwahati on 7 June 2026. The event was organized by the Assam Speed Skating Association.

This water colour has been done by Farbin Farzana Rahman of grade XII Humanities portrays a traditionally dressed Indian woman in profile, gently smelling a pink flower. She wears a yellow veil with decorative borders and ornate jewelry, including earrings, pearls, and a nose ornament. The stylized features, delicate details, and serene expression reflect the elegance and beauty characteristic of Indian miniature art.
Soft colors and fine brushwork has been done to highlight the woman's grace and refinement. The simple background keeps the focus on the figure, while the flower symbolizes beauty, nature, and sensitivity. The painting captures the aesthetic ideals and cultural richness of traditional Indian art.
