🌟 Learning to stay safe with confidence! Grade 1 students at PMS Alwal participated in a Safe Touch and Self-Awareness Assembly, where interactive role-plays and engaging rhymes helped them understand personal safety and body boundaries in a meaningful way. 🛡️💙

Our students explored the fascinating world of nutrition through a hands-on Science activity on Components of Food. As part of the experiment, they tested different food items for the presence of fats and gained a deeper understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of fats in our diet.

Through observation and investigation, young minds learned how science helps us make healthier choices every day! 🧪✨
